 Porting the Leviathan into OpenSim

First of all, Happy New Year to all. This is a short machinima of the Leviathan Telescope being ported over to the Avatrian Opensim grid using the Meerkat Viewer. It was originally created in the Second Life platform for our client, Troy McConaghy, who desired a faithful and detailed recreation of the massive telescope. The Leviathan was a large Newtonian Reflector built by Lord Rosse in Parsonstown, Ireland.

The inset shows Clifford carefully monitoring the transfer progress in our real world office as the the prims are sequentially positioned in the OpenSim space hosted by Avatrian. This initiative is a part of our on-going research into alternative platforms for metaverse development and a demonstration of compatibility between platforms.
