 The Warrior Princess

The Warrior Princess

The Warrior Princess is a recurring figure in both medieval and mythological literature. Alexander the Great has been romantically linked to the queen on an all-female warrior tribe while on his way to conquering Persia. Meanwhile, Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings and television’s representation of Xena are relatively modern day incarnations of this timeless persona. Whether in history or fiction, the character has surfaced in various forms.

Avatrian’s Warrior Princess is primarily inspired by the Lady Aribeth de Tylmarande character from Neverwinter Nights. However, the armour has been supplemented with pieces based on real world armour designs. Armours specifically made for women are historically rare. This is primarily due to the simple fact that women are not usually delegated to combative roles (with a few exceptions in history of course). The armour for The Warrior Princess is created by Avatrian as a response to Second Life residents who asked why we only have armours for men. Starting today, we now have The Warrior Princess armour set available…just for the ladies.

The Warrior Princess armour set has 15 various attachments and 181 prims. It is packaged as a full avatar. Meaning, it already comes with an avatar shape that will fit in exactly to the armour. However, it is important to note that the skin and hair of the avatar shown on these images are NOT included in the package.

Crate of Armour Includes:
- A full set of the Warrior Princess
- Includes an avatar shape (height 2.05 meters)
- A chainlink mail body undergarment

Showroom Location:
